Phil Forman

Treasurer

Phil has been a full-time Hudson resident for 15 years and has committed much of that time to local government and community service. He has chaired the Historic Preservation Commission and the Board of Assessment Review. He served as Treasurer of several non-government entities in Hudson including Perfect Ten After School for Girls.

Prior to moving to Hudson, Phil was a founding partner of Mitchell Madison Group Inc., a global management consulting firm and was a senior executive at WPP Group, a marketing communication holding company that included J. Walter Thompson, Ogilvy & Mather and Hill and Knowlton.

Phil and his wife Paula have two grown children and five grandchildren. They have roots in Columbia and Greene Counties going back three generations.
